MSH (My Strong Home) is an engineering division of Accutech Steel & Service Center Inc. that was created in 2018.

We are bringing in a globally accepted dry building method called Cold Form Steel /Light Gauge Steel Structural System (CFS/LGSS system) to the Philippine construction industry. This light weight structural system and its’ components brings faster construction speed, technical engineering innovation and labor with materials cost saving to any building project.

Cold Form Steel or Light Gauge Steel System (CFS/LGSS) is a modern alternative building solution without the use of cement and deform reinforcement bars. It is a dry construction process that makes building a structure simpler, cleaner, accurate, and faster.

Aside from the above merits, our MHS team brings innovation & productivity by applying BIM (Building Information Modeling) and integrating modern concept of DFMA (Design for manufacturing and assembly). The use of this modern prefabricated, pre engineered, modular offsite production method further brings project operational cost down and more importantly achieves on site labor & timesaving.
We advocate the use of CFS/LGSS in the Philippines in conformance to either local or international standard building codes. (ASTM, AISI, ISO, BPS).
